Dr. Gerry Ebalaroza-Tunnell
Dr. Gerry Ebalaroza-Tunnell, also known as Dr. G, is a transformative leader and the embodiment of the Aloha spirit. As the Founder and CEO of Co3: Co-Creating Cohesive Communities, she is dedicated to fostering connection, compassion, and systemic change, paving the way for inclusive communities to thrive. Grounded in her ancestral roots from Honolulu, Dr. G integrates Indigenous wisdom with contemporary leadership, inspiring transformative change at both individual and organizational levels.
Her academic path includes studies in Social Sciences at Washington State University, Whole Systems Design at Antioch University, Seattle, and a doctorate in Transformative Studies and Consciousness from the California Institute of Integral Studies. This rich fusion of Indigenous knowledge and Western thought informs her unique approach to creating cohesive, empathetic environments.
Dr. G is also the author of the two-time international award-winning children's book, Let's Live ALOHA, which promotes empathy and adaptability through the A.L.O.H.A. principles. In addition to her work in leadership and education, she serves as a Non-Denominational Wedding Officiant, bringing her deep understanding of connection and unity into ceremonies that celebrate love and shared purpose. Her work continues to leave a lasting impact, transforming lives and communities with every endeavor.
